Review reminder of Trusted Shops
To be able to show the Trusted Shops quality mark, the potentially collected reviews and the product offer of Trusted Shops after an offer, the Trusted Shops Trust Badge was integrated on the website.

The Trust Badge and the associated advertised services are a product of TRUSTED SHOPS GmbH, established at the Subbelrather Str. 15C in (50823) Cologne, Germany.

When a Trust Badge is requested then the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file that records your request with, for instance, your IP address, the date and time of the request, the sent quantity of data and the name of your internet provider (access data). These access data are not processed and are overwritten automatically at the latest 7 days after your last visit to the page.

Other person-related data are exclusively transferred to Trusted Shops when you, after having placed an order, decide to use the Trusted Shops product or have already been registered for the relevant use. As the occasion arises we disclose your email address for a reminder to send a review of your order to the company Trusted Shops GmbH, established at the Subbelrather Str. 15C in (50823) Cologne, Germany (www.trustedshops.de), in order that this option reminds you by email of the possibility of sending in a review. The contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops then applies. This consent can be revoked at any time through the contact option described below or directly with Trusted Shops.

Security

We take security measures to limit abuse of and unauthorised access to personal data. We particularly take the following measures:

Access to personal data is protected with a user name and password.

We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) with which any and all information between you and our website is protected when you enter your personal data.

Retention periods

The aforementioned personal data are retained as long as this is required to handle your orders, including the warranty. We retain data for an open term. There is question of a statutory obligation in respect of the retention period for data, e.g. the retention obligation for tax purposes of seven years for payment data.

Changes in this privacy statement

We reserve the right to make changes in this privacy statement. It is recommended to consult this privacy statement regularly in order that you are informed of these changes.
